Operator: FUYAO TECH INC

This Privacy Policy explains how FUYAO TECH INC ("WooMoo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use WooMoo, including our website, account features, text conversations, scheduled voice sessions, membership, top-up purchases, and related services.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use WooMoo. If you have questions, contact us at support@woomoo.app.

1. Summary

WooMoo collects information you provide, information generated when you use the service, and technical information from your browser or device. We use this information to operate accounts, provide readings and advisor sessions, process bookings and payments, send emails, support AI-powered features, maintain security, improve the service, comply with law, and respond to requests.

WooMoo is a web-based service that includes browser-based access, email sign-in, scheduled voice rooms, session emails, third-party web payments, minutes balance, and AI-supported advisor experiences.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not record or transcribe scheduled voice sessions in this version. We may process live audio transiently as necessary to operate a voice session or AI-powered advisor.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect:

  • Account information: account email address, sign-in code requests, account status, and nickname.
  • Session contact information: session email address for a specific booking, if different from your account email.
  • Profile and birth information: gender selection, date of birth, time of birth, birth-time certainty, and place of birth.
  • Conversation content: text messages, prompts, questions, and other chat content.
  • Booking content: booking notes and pre-session details, including information about people involved in your question.
  • Feedback: advisor reviews, ratings, feedback, support messages, and any information you send to us.
  • Commercial records: purchase choices, membership status, top-up package selection, minutes balance, booking history, and cancellation records.

Please avoid submitting information about another person unless you have a lawful basis to do so and are comfortable using it in WooMoo.

Payment information

If you make a purchase, we receive information needed to confirm and administer the transaction, such as product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, transaction identifiers, and provider response. Your full payment card number and payment security code are handled by the payment provider, not by WooMoo.

Browser, device, and usage information

We may automatically collect:

  • IP address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type, operating system, and system settings;
  • language, time zone, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps;
  • feature interactions, clicks, bookings, payment flow events, session-room events, errors, diagnostics, and performance logs;
  • approximate location inferred from IP address;
  • cookie identifiers or similar technologies.

Microphone and live-session information

When you join a scheduled voice session, your browser may ask for microphone permission. We may collect permission status, device/browser capability status, room entry and exit events, connection status, advisor entry and exit events, session timing, and other operational logs needed to run the room and handle disputes or support requests.

In this version, WooMoo does not record or transcribe scheduled voice sessions. Live audio may be transmitted and processed transiently to connect the session, enable an AI-powered advisor, maintain call quality, troubleshoot issues, and provide the service. We do not use persistent voice recordings because persistent recordings are not created in this version.

AI inputs and outputs

WooMoo may process your text messages, profile information, birth details, booking notes, session context, and related information through AI systems to generate replies, interpretations, recommendations, advisor behavior, and other outputs.

3. Sensitive information

Some information you choose to provide, such as birth details, gender, relationship context, personal concerns, or information about another person, may be considered sensitive in some places or may feel sensitive to you. We use this information to provide the features you request and to operate WooMoo.

Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with WooMoo or with the service providers needed to operate WooMoo.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create, authenticate, and maintain accounts;
  • send sign-in codes, account notices, booking confirmations, session reminders, cancellation notices, membership notices, and purchase-related emails;
  • generate readings, text replies, advisor responses, recommendations, and other service content;
  • support scheduled sessions, room access, microphone status, connection status, and advisor availability;
  • process bookings, minutes deductions, returns of minutes, memberships, top-ups, pending payments, failed payments, cancellations, and support issues;
  • show appointment records, minutes history, ratings, and account information;
  • provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • monitor service performance, debug errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain security;
  • analyze usage, improve features, develop new products, and measure product performance;
  • enforce our Terms of Service and other policies;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and property.

5. Legal bases for processing

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region requiring a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Contract: to provide WooMoo, manage accounts, bookings, purchases, sessions, and support.
  • Consent: where you give permission, such as allowing microphone access or receiving optional communications.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve and secure WooMoo, prevent misuse, analyze service performance, and operate our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with laws, accounting rules, tax requirements, legal requests, and dispute obligations.
  • Vital interests: where necessary to protect someone's life or safety.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but this will not affect processing already completed or processing based on another legal basis.

6. When and with whom we share information

We may share information with:

  • hosting, cloud infrastructure, database, security, monitoring, and analytics providers;
  • email delivery providers;
  • payment processors and billing providers;
  • AI service providers that help generate or operate AI-powered features;
  • voice, real-time communication, or session-room infrastructure providers;
  • customer support and internal operations tools;
  • professional advisors, auditors, insurers, lawyers, and accountants;
  • authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property;
  • another company in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

For sessions involving a human advisor, we may share booking time, session notes, pre-session details, session email when needed for communication, and operational session information with the advisor so the session can be provided. AI advisors do not require advisor email delivery.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we tell you and provide any legally required choices.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

WooMoo may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, operate core features, prevent fraud, measure performance, understand usage, and improve the service.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Some parts of WooMoo may not work properly without necessary cookies or local storage.

We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no consistent industry standard for doing so. If a legally required standard applies, we will follow it.

8. AI service providers

WooMoo offers features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies. We may send relevant inputs, outputs, profile data, birth details, booking notes, and context to AI service providers so they can help provide the requested feature.

AI providers process this information under their agreements with us and as needed to provide, secure, and improve the AI-powered functionality, subject to applicable law and provider terms. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms.

10. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide WooMoo, maintain your account, complete transactions, handle bookings and disputes, provide support, improve and secure the service, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

Examples:

  • account information is generally kept while your account exists;
  • booking, minutes, purchase, cancellation, and refund records may be kept as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, customer support, and legal compliance;
  • room entry and exit logs may be kept as needed to resolve session disputes and monitor service quality;

  • information in backups may remain for a limited period before deletion cycles complete.

When we no longer need personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or securely store it until deletion is possible.

11. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use WooMoo at your own risk and should access it through a secure device, browser, and network.
